Volunteering at St. Wilfrid's

Our staff team are supported by over 100 volunteers (shown above at our annual Volunteers Day), providing vital services that make St Wilfrid's a warm and welcoming place for adults with mental health problems, learning disabilities and homeless issues.

  We are currently recruiting volunteers in the following areas:

 Sewing

 Wednesday am, Wednesday pm

 Pottery

 Monday pm, Tuesday am, Thursday am

 Gardener (equipment provided)

 Any time to suit

 Arts & Crafts

 Tuesday pm 

 Skills Workshop

 Experience in workshop skills required.

 Monday am, Monday pm, Tuesday am, Tuesday pm, Thursday pm.

 Female volunteers especially welcome.

 Morning sessions are from 10am - 1pm and afternoon sessions from 1pm until 4pm.

We  have a great team of volunteers who provide all these things under the guidance of Staff members. We are grateful that most volunteers give half of their day each week to help provide this wonderful service to our Clients.
