We accept referrals from agencies for adults aged 18+. Please download the referral form and email it to
info@stwilfridscentre.org.
Self-referrals are also accepted. You can do this in a number of ways, either by filling in the referral form and emailing in to info@stwilfridscentre.org, attending the Centre in person, or by giving us a call on 0114 2555 720.

Please note St Wilfrid’s Centre is a 'dry' centre and there is strictly no admittance for those under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
